Law firm websites, run with Claude Code
We build and run the online presence of a Seoul law firm with offices in Seoul, Incheon and Busan. Claude Code is how we change it safely.
What we run
- Three regional websites with their own domains, databases and phone numbers, built on PHP and MySQL.
- Seven ad landing pages for the firm's online ad campaigns.
- A blog CMS built with React and TypeScript that publishes the firm's articles to all three regional sites.
- Conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Google Ads, normalized by ad source, landing page and creative, with the server as the final check.
How we use Claude Code
The repository carries its own instructions (CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md), so every Claude Code session follows the same rules:
- Run a syntax check on every PHP file that changed
- Run a deploy-readiness check before anything is uploaded, covering required files, server rules, bundle references and file encoding
- Keep one region's posts from being copied into another region's database
- Never touch environment files, uploads or production data without approval
This lets a small team keep changing three live sites, a CMS and the ad tracking without breaking what the firm depends on.
